Nominate your friend or relative who has recently gone through personal trauma (death of a loved one, divorce, caretaker for an ill relative, cancer survivor, etc.), and Dr. Lupo will give your friend free Botox® for a year… and you, too, for being such a great friend!

Nominations are accepted from now until December 15, 2012. The nominee cannot be a current patient of the Lupo Center. Self nominations are accepted.
