Do you believe in love at first sight?  According to the study* “Looking and loving: The effects of mutual gaze on feelings of romantic love,” researchers found that when two subjects exchanged a mutual unbroken gaze for two minutes with a stranger of the opposite sex, they reported feelings of love for each other.
